SINDY BALLET CAMP/FRIDAY DANCE CLASS REVIEW

As January is a bit laid back exercise wise I tried Friday dance class not knowing if it would work or not, but without being too worried.

Lizzie Waist exercises.

The clip jumped a bit and It wasn’t long enough to capture the whole routine. It worked as a warm up though and gives you the idea to do waist exercises if you feel like cheating with your calorie allowance.

I then opted for:

Bernadette Giorgi: Attitude

I started with the standing tutorial then they did mat work.

I can’t do mat work here for various reasons so just had to fast worward to the workout.

(Hopefully have some more room soon so I can do the mat work)

I think it was allright to do it without the mat work but not sure?

She asked if everyone was having fun and you got the impression they weren’t having fun.

It wasn’t very long so I didn’t get bored and found it is what I am looking for; to straighten my posture and lengthen my neck.

I think she is a really good teacher and I liked her tutorial which explained that you also learn some French.

I also want a smaller waist and to flatten my stomach.

I stopped at the weights and finished with the bar section of sexy legs.

I found this section do able and it is obviously supposed to be fun so balances this little dance routine out.

It finishes with a cooldown.

I felt a bit of pain so wonder if this is the burn.

If it creates any aches you need the Jane Fonda preparation products.

I struggle with supplements but the Collagen Joint ace works and is one worth taking if you are doing ballet.

The Magnesium is essential and the Burer tool addresses any pain fast and effectively.

I used to ache after Pilates, the tutor said it was worth going through it as it was correcting my posture, hopefully Friday dance class will have the same results.

Conclusion

I think this is a nice little beginner routine.

I don’t like extreme things so happy to just keep doing this level.

When this went off the playlist started on burn at the barre, Monday ~ (need to move it up the playlist to monday.) which was doing a standing exercise like crunches.

Decided to opt for this routine on Monday.

As so many ballet routines turned up I’m having to try them live so will have to review as I go.

Maybe some of this could go into February when everyone is more up to speed after Christmas.
