Canned food is just as good as fresh food. One discovery I have made during covid that is really useful. Just drain the mandarins, place half in a bowl, cover with the yogurt, then sprinkle on the beauty powder. Switch this for your chocolate treat and you will find it does actually work. If you can’t digest orange juice it is a good way to get your oranges. If you are a chocoholic try the chocolate superfood. You can experiment with the fruit. My skin is better from not eating chocolate and I have lost a pound this month. I’m also taking the recommended supplements from Makeup Saturday and think I’ve discovered my old vintage blemish cure. (it isn’t expensive either). You feel so good after this my body kind of craves it and have given up my turkish delight habit easily.

This applies to anything in life, but sometimes we have to work with negative people or share a house with them etc. I guess we just need to keep our mind straight and block out their moaning whinging and unproductive attitude. They should really follow your example and might even do just that when they see you getting results. This whole weightloss thing is true and the slimming calendar works. The key to it is finding what works for you, sticking with it and definately ignoring negative people. It is definately better feeling healthy in mho.

This Works. The snack urge goes quite fast and helps you keep on track. Snacks are nice of course but which do you want? a snack or to lose weight. Also you might achieve something with your hobby that is worthwhile.

Vegetables are less calories but fill you up. Having heard women complain about the side effects of raw vegetables or some of the side effects of eating less food. This might actually help you if you know what I’m saying. I eat a can of these after my cardio days. They do what they say on the tin so to speak. Discovered these during the covid food crisis, will probably still use tin food when food comes back/alongside my fresh choices (obviously). Have to be honest and admit I had to aquire a taste for tinned vegetables, but it didn’t take long. Quite like the mushrooms now, they are great in salad. This might sort out any raw veg problems for you. I pour them in a bowl and eat cold. You could also switch tinned food for snacks

Just have a bit at a time if you have side effects from raw food as this is raw. They are great as party snacks filled with philadelphia lowest cream cheese.

This isn’t about weightloss just to help with low seratonin sufferers.
(I am allowed to put a few christmas walks here for low seratonin sufferers ~ the idea is to have 8 days off exercise at christmas which makes no difference to your weight so you might as well enjoy it. But if you are like me you might just want to jiggle your seratonin a bit ~ also it is our local tradition to go for a boxing day walk ~ just ignore this if you want a rest ~ but if you are like me these one mile walks might make you feel better, I’ll have to jog up and down the stairs otherwise.)

Whoever Slew Auntie Roo? is a 1971 British ‘American International Pictures’ horror thriller film. Tomorrow is New Years Day and the final liqueur.
(We used to do a game bird cooked in bacon for New Years Day, this may be a tradition I invented like 8 days of Liqueur ~ as I was a supply teacher I got loads of work at christmas, but nothing the first week back at school so I had an extra week at christmas ~ mind you since covid I think it has become a popular holiday, you can join in if you like the idea ~ just get a game bird or a roast joint of your choice.)
We still enjoy the new year if you want to do not so dry January.
(I’m definately not doing dry January as I need to exercise for my low seratonin in Winter ~ seratonin levels drop during English Wintertime, will be doing one in spring or summer instead)
You can join in with not so dry January Sindy Ballet Camp ~ Dancing for everyone ~ if you can’t dance at all just start out with Rosemary Conley Salsasize class on Fridays and surprise yourself. The teaching is easy to pick up whatever fitness level you are then when you try harder stuff in October like defy gravity you will be pleasantly surprised with how much you have learned ~ just stick with it and enjoy!!!!
I can’t dance and I’ve managed it, or should I say I couldn’t dance lol!!!
