Review
I quite enjoyed this.
Was really surprised how nice the green beans tasted.
This didn’t need oil like if you fried it, (which I used to do.) so saves on calories and product. It also keeps in more nutrients in the steaming process.
If you are cooking for a family who aren’t on a diet or post detox, you can increase the volume and use it as a sauce.
Serve with pasta or spaghetti and sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
You could also serve with a side salad if it isn’t filling enough.
The idea is to fill up on vegetables and salad which are calorie free or so low in calories I don’t count them.
Also you are adding your own salt rather than salt in ready meals.
If you are post detox you might prefer to start getting your supplements from fresh food, which is what I’m aiming to do.
This is really quick and easy to make if you haven’t got time to cook.
Also boiling a pan of pasta or spaghetti is really quick too.
Enjoy!!
