We have done the ~Mcdonalds diet again last few weeks.

Just have the burger or the chips ~ not both.

This was part of the vegan covid coping mechanism for the 50 percent of people who get depressed not eating meat and the 97 percent of people who want to eat meat.

Mcdonalds upped their game and use healthy cooking methods, probably around the time of the Christina Augilira and Beyonce diet.

The Happy meal makes you happy as it releases serotonin, why some vegans are always hungry and depressed as their bodies are craving meat.

I’m not a fan of musicals but I have managed to sit through this film; couldn’t help notice what a beautiful voice Vanessa Redgrave has in Mary Queen of Scots and she sang in French.

Plot

We always get corn fed. Highly recommed Sainsburys corn fed chicken. You can eat it on it’s own with chips (weigh the chips if you are slimming) and salad as it tasted gorgeous.
This is a great meal option idea if you are slimming, the spritzer idea makes a small bottle go further.
