The last time I wrote about this I had to delete my blog as it contained suicidal language
I think this was paranoia from the robot.
It was my plea for help.
Low serotonin can make you feel suicidal on extreme days.
Last night was awful for me, luckily I knew what was wrong with me, before I learned what it was I just lived in a kind of dark fear alone.
I used to eat one McDonald’s cheeseburger a week and that was enough to keep off the Low serotonin demon. For some reason, it doesn’t work anymore. I’m guessing they can’t get red meat anymore either maybe.
We should have a bit of red meat in our diet to keep us well. Like anything too much is bad for us, but a small amount is healthy.
Kathy Smith Low Seratonin Saviour
Luckily last night I watched Kathy Smith explaining healthy diets. I made my dinner up from what I had around the house and this morning I’m O.K. again.
It is basically a demi-vegetarian healthy dinner.
The diet part is at the end of the video. There is quite a lot of information so I’m still studying it, thought it was faster to get it out to people this way. It isn’t actually for low serotonin, but it ended up being for me. You can learn how to slim healthily from it.
Mixed Bean salad
Beans are in the same food group as meat so luckily when red meat is hard to purchase you can use beans as an alternative ~ remember three-bean salad and so forth. Kathy says it is ok to use tinned and frozen food also, so we can stock our house full of healthy food and never be without, (like last night).
As I’m researching TV and films, one I watched which used a racist term and therefore is in my racist playlist, pointed out chicken has blood. Then I found you can get serotonin boosters from chicken noodle soup, which contains chicken stock.
Luckily I still had some be good to yourself chicken noodle soup

Dried Chicken (3%)
I’m guessing this is real chicken
It isn’t vegan so you can get some serotonin release from this product.
My tip with this product is to pour the boiling water on it, stir, then leave it to go almost cold, and drink it down quickly.
If you can drink it warm then do so, I find the aroma too strong at first, but when it is cool it smells nicer to me. The noodles are quite nice too.
Tinned tuna
The last time I had serotonin depression I wrote a blog with some awful options that I didn’t like plus the usual lying products of late that you order but they don’t send out?
I have always liked tinned tuna so I basically live off this now. In another film I discarded, I saw an actress just eat a tin of tuna on it’s own. It looked a bit weird, but I’ve since tried it out and it is a bit like taking a pill as you get an immediate nutrient release. Food is obviously better for us than pills anyway.
Diet Pepsi
A lot of fitness experts are against this product but I was recommended it and I swear by it now as a serotonin booster. It is possibly the peptides. I have one can a week, then as many as I need when I have low serotonin depression. Even slept after taking a can last night ~ think it was because I needed it so much.
Bananas
I was advised these release serotonin so I basically live on these as well.
New Age Music
I have discovered recently new age music that claims to heal various illness problems and so forth.
I find some work and some don’t, it is a matter of seeing what works for you.
Tried this one last night.
Just type in YouTube new age low serotonin music and it does a search for you.
Conclusion
I wrote this as low serotonin has such a frightening effect and when cured seems really small and silly.
If you feel suicidal it isn’t silly at all though.
I’m on stage 2 of this journey now so I have a lot to learn yet, but as advice like this has gone, yet we are sarcastically been told to self-care, I feel like this contribution may be of use to other people and worthy of a write-up.
If nothing else I want to record last night’s cure in case I need it again in a hurry.
We can only hope healthy food comes back soon.

by the way thanks to the Kathy Smith video, I feel alright today, luckily I had stashed the diet food in my pantry without realising it’s serotonin potential.
