Collagen in meat
Feel loads better after eating meat, don’t think I was eating enough due to food restrictions.
Meat is the best form of collagen consumption.
I don’t exercise at the moment but still eat this snack.
During wheatfree months I almost live off this.
You can put American Mustard on it too.
It is all really low calorie.
Discovered a few years back you can ignore the other ingredients and just count calories if you want.
You can make it into a sandwich if you are not slimming or a wheat free sandwich.
I wondered if it might be nice with toasted bread; they say in films how they want it e.g. pastrami on rye and so forth.
Whatever you concoct the main thing is you are getting the collagen for your skin.
Having this every wheatfree month now ~ gorgeous.
Some people are gluten intolerent so can’t eat wheat at all.

If you are watching your weight it didn’t effect my weight, you may have to adjust your other meals that day if you are slimming.
