I discovered I had a slight wheat intolerance when I had food testing done once.
I went to an amateur first who didn’t know what she was doing.
Then had to go to a nutritionist to sort it out.
What the nutritionist does is put you on a diet that doesn’t have anything you could be allergic too.
It was really awful and expensive.
It was worth it though as I discovered I had a slight wheat intolerance and I needed a small amount of meat for my seratonin.
I was demi vegetarian at the time and suffering from what I thought was depression, mental illness and quite dark thoughts you aren’t allowed to talk about in the kind era of 2026.
I was also eating too much wheat to compensate for meat.
I couldn’t of gone back to eating meat without her expertise; was a really clever process if done properly.
Which brings me to the point of it being necessary for life to go back to normal.
I can share my wheat free diet, but I’m not even an amateur at food testing.
If you want to try testing yourself for wheat intolerance you can do what I’m doing if you want.
You stock up on wheat free products and cut wheat out of your diet for a month.
After the month you re introduce wheat.
If you feel no different your probably not allergic to wheat.
If you are allergic you will notice the difference.
I found after trying the process out I’m just slightly intolenent so I do a month on wheat and a month off.
If you are intolerent to wheat it makes you bloat up, even if you are exercising and dieting.
I don’t know what the other intolerences are so I’m not even an amateur or much help.
If you want expert testing I would recommend finding someone who knows what they are doing.
I’d stopped doing my month on and month off due to food shortages so glad I remembered.
Need to collect some products and recipe ideas together.
I think some diets reduce bread so it might be worth doing anyway.
Sometimes just changing what we eat creates weightloss anyway.
I used to re introduce fresh bread from the supermarket bakery that was thinly sliced, but they stopped selling that; this is where I got in a mess.
Fresh bread doesn’t have preservatives either.
As it still isn’t back to normal out there just going to have to try the best I can with what is there.
I’m still going to be me also, so I will be me shape but with bloat reduction.
Decided to write this as intend to get back on track with it.
Thought it was worth sharing my experience as haven’t heard about food testing at the moment and it might offer answers to other women like me.
We found a few products today ~ so hopefully have more ideas and products for you for after easter if you fancy trying it out and starting a food intolerence journey.
Will make a file in Pinterest.
If my life improves I was going to get into making my own bread.
Will hopefully be fun and decrease uncomfortable bloat.
Then we reintroduce wheat at the Victorian Party.
