I used to call it this and love Pink Perfume.

It is basically perfume that is coloured pink, often Rose fragranced and romantic.

There are some mini products to try this week, so great way for you to try the fragrance if you haven’t tried it before.

As this is the last weekend of the 70’s diet we have decided to opt for chinese. Next week is the 80’s Party and The Day off in slimming calendar.

Chinese Fresh or Ready Meal

I’d make my own but the extracor fan has gone.

Also if you switch from home cooking to slimming ready meals the food is portioned for you so you can’t cheat.

For this month don’t add rice stick with noodles. Not sure it makes a difference. I think it is trying something different and making changes to your diet that works.
