I think Bergamont is uplifting.

Yes, bergamot is widely known and used in aromatherapy for its uplifting, refreshing, and mood-boosting properties, offering a bright, citrusy scent that helps relieve stress, anxiety, and low moods while promoting a sense of balance and optimism. It’s considered a versatile “happy oil” that can both energize and calm, making it useful at any time, from starting the day to winding down at night, often called “sunshine in a bottle”. 

Just noticed it is a bit sugary also; unfortunately sugary is the in thing at the moment ~ heard someone complaining about it on You Tube.

If you waft this smells fresh without the sugary undernotes.

Using this like a lipgloss today on my pulse points as I have stress flu ~ will let you know how I do.

Conclusion

Really pleased with this calendar but was obviously bound to be.

Put all the matching lines together in little bags and will make them into challenges for the workouts in 2026.

It took me till May to review and try everything last year and I wasn’t very organised.

This idea is stress free, do able and organised.

I discovered Lancome last year finally in all the product confusion.

I think we are supposed to try the different ranges, review then choose our favourites.

I’m a bit slow so feel sorry for anyone trying to help me ~ I do get there in the end though.

If anything I’m good at helping other slow learners as I understand what it is like.

Took to Soap & Glory straight away when I first saw it in Boots.
