THE SUPPLEMENT DIGEST

Pardon the pun but it is on trend to pun at the moment and this is a quirky way to sum up this health series.

In Nutritional November what stood out to me this year is how some people can’t digest supplements; they can manage them for a month then hit a wall where they are overfaced with swallowing a truckload of hard to digest lozenge sized tablets.

Maybe the size of the person has something to do with it.

As I’m small I struggle.

Taking time to think this through I remembered getting to this point before.

Last time I realised I was taking too many of the same supplements in single and multivitamins.

Taking Control of your Supplement Stash

What you need to do is book a day or afternoon into your diary where you go through all your supplements, read the contents then re plan your supplement intake.

Keep any left over as they do still work if left in storage; then if you are waiting for a repeat order of your digestable supplements you can fall back on your rattling collection till your repeat purchase arrives.

Which supplements can you swallow and which just block your whole supplement regime as they are overfacingly large.

For instance I struggle with calcium.

I found a soluble one then it went out of stock.

Some women confess they have a gummy addiction.

This concerned me so I guess you need to limit gummies to the ones you really can’t swallow in any other form.

This leads to the point of Supplement digest.

What I will load up is digestable supplements that work.

If you can handle any form of supplement this will be of no use to you.

If you are like me, hope this is of use.

Conclusion

Will load this in a pinterest file for you.

Quite enjoy browsing health products and trying them so might save time for you if you just need something fast.

Supplements do work, whatever anyone says, it is just getting them to work for you.

I’ve used them for years now on and off.

When I’m on them can see the difference.

Having said that I don’t know everything, aren’t a nutritionist and am teaching myself about supplements.

If you are worried about supplements you should get advise off your Doctor, we contact ours about supplements.

I only pin products I use.

Hope you enjoy the digest.
