The following videotape was a free concert given for the patients at the California State Mental Hospital in Napa, CA, on June 13, 1978, by The Cramps, who were on tour from New York, and The Mutants from San Francisco. The videotape of The Cramps performing a free show for the patients at the Napa Hospital is intended as strictly a documentary. The videotape was recorded on a 1/2″ Sony Portapak B/W camera and a single microphone. This equipment was the first of its kind made available for public use. “In 1978, Target Video was formed to create a new type of television. To produce and capture the current change in art and the music scene. Our first public media project was a weekly one-hour program on Cable 25 in San Francisco from 1978 to 1979. From 1979 to the present, Target Video has continued to produce new videos. We have toured the US, Europe, and other parts of the world for the past five years and have been met with an overwhelming response to our programmes. In 1984, we have begun to distribute our videos in the US. Our goal is for worldwide distribution.”

Haunted by Her Past AKA Secret Passions….A couple who are vacationing take a detour and end up in an old inn. The wife decides that she would like to stay there, and somehow a room that the innkeeper has kept close for over 20 years opens and draws the wife into it and chooses to stay in there. All of sudden all sorts of weird things begin to happen. Like the wife has a change in attitude. And a ghost speaks to her from the mirror in the room, and tells of secrets that her parents have from her. And learns that she’s there to fulfill an evil legacy.
Gillian, a witch, casts a spell on Henderson, a handsome man, only to make him fall in love with her. To her surprise, her infatuation for Henderson turns into love. Will Gillian tell him the truth?
