Have managed to reduce my exercise time but still struggling to get it all in.
This was an idea I was working on before I got ill.
Doing Spa treatments in the evening.
Exercise Catchup
Whilst working out the September Workout I realised I’d stopped doing The Quick Fit cooldown. I wondered why and also wondered if it is why I started stooping.
The reason why I stopped is because it is 15 minutes.
As I couldn’t fit it in today wondered about doing it this evening instead.
(I just do the cooldown stretches at the end)
Also my ab routine.
My ab routine is really important as it is my problem area.
Another problem is sometimes I tire out before I complete my whole routine. Not every day but I think everyone has these sort of days.
If this works Evening Spa time is about catching up on stretches. You can even do cardio in the evening if it suits you.
(This may of been there before as an exercise option, but no one talks about or writes about it anymore.)
I realise by counting my pulse I need a lot of time to cooldown and why evening cardio doesn’t work for me, but some people prefer it ~ wonder if they cool down fast ~ a sign of being fit.
n.b. ~ Do the abs before the cooldown.
Mini review
Felt a bit weird at first, but it is just getting used to something different.
Really pleased with this idea ~ realise I can have a good go at my abs and posture now without worrying about time.
Think I’ll do this routine Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I like Tuesday off and my weekend Evenings off.
Hope this inspires you if you struggle for time to fit exercise in; you can choose these or exercises to suit your problem areas or cardio if you cool down quick.
Will see if I sleep tonight after this, don’t think I got too energetic so hopefully allright.
Evening Spa Rituals
Also once it becomes a habit you can catch up on spa day routines ~ pedicures are really nice in the evening as you can put sleep cream on ~ trying to get the Champneys Sleep sock Christmas set.

I particularly want sleep socks to use with night cream ~ guess these are sleep socks.
The trinket box is really nice too.
Got Baylis and Harding sleep socks one year ~ they looked like these.
These will be usefull for foot detoxing as well to hold the pads in place.
Supplement Grazing
If you graze like a cow to stay slim, (I do.), wondering if you can supplement graze too?
(Worried about saying graze like a cow as everyone is so sensitive in post covid. This idea changed my life for the better; I can also only manage small portions of food. Small people obviously need less food than taller people but before grazing some people would say you had an eating disorder if you didn’t eat large portions, where I live anyway lol!!!)
Started doing that in detox.
You just put all your days supplements in a little bowl and reach for the ones you definately need or are trying out first.
Then with your next grazing meal, have a few more.
If by the end of the day some are left maybe your body doesn’t need them that day.
You can take them another day anyway.
I think if this works for me I’ll do it whether you are meant to or not. Read a blog where a woman said she took hers at morning when they were night tablets. She said it was the only way she could get them down ~ I know what she means.
Night time Facial
After your last drink of the evening You can start your night creams early.
I’d started doing this before covid then forgot.
It is really nice as all the face product has sunk in by bedtime and you can go straight to bed without doing facials or not doing it as you are too tired and so forth.
It is great for catching up with under eye masks and so forth if you didn’t have time in the day.

If like me it takes you ages to cooldown after exercise, I used to listen to new age music evening meditations and sleep music.

Some people don’t need all this, but I do lol!!!!

Conclusion
If the only way to get your looks and figure back is to bend the rules a bit why not.
Rules are just a guideline anyway.
To get this idea to work you have to make it a ritual, then it becomes a habit, then from there on in you will find it easy to do and I used to find it really enjoyable.
Why not spoil yourself once the daily work is done.
