This is a complete workout.

You can just do the aerobics and zsa zsa etc. if you can’t do floorwork.

Apparently Lizzie is Englands version of Jane Fonda.

You can just do this video all July if you want.

Zsa Zsa Gabor

I just do the warm up and the seated exercise. When you have done it for a while you can follow the routine with the sound down listening to a playlist.

I do this as I can’t do floor exercises where I am. I bought this DVD off Amazon. It is designed to do sit ups like crunches etc. without you getting a hunch. Love this DVD. I do this after Zsa Zsa Gabor.

Not sure what level I am as I can’t use floor.

Last July used most of these videos as there was a heatwave.

Stop if there is a heatwave, but you can do a lower level as it cools down, ease yourself back in gently as it cools, then walking is great to make up for any cardio you may of missed.
