Actually managed to get a step, but think mine might be longer. Review: I decided to follow the woman who doesn’t use a step to get an idea first. REVIEW ~ Managed to do this. It is low impact, but a great workout. Low impact is safe for joints. Really enjoyed it. It was fun and made me laugh. From reading about high impact aerobics, I choose not to put them on here. This video might have an age restriction also. Must admit I do these at my own pace anyway, like Paula Baldwin recommends. If it is too much don’t do it. Walk instead. I’m guessing between 50 and 60 we should change routines, but not sure.

Bought this t shirt and it arrived really fast. Received quite a lot and have been trying it out. This T shirt is really comfortable. It is called a ‘slub’ t shirt. I ordered loads of t shirts in different sizes and found this in size 14 just what I want for being comfortable in. It is a size bigger than my measurements. I wear it under the long sleeved ones that are too tight. Or too tight for round the house and so forth. Ordering more as really happy with them. They come in different colours.

Just get up half an hour before breakfast. Click on the daily challenge in the slimming calendar and do the mini-challenge. It is really easy, fun and some of it is nostalgic. Will up your fitness levels if you add it to your usual fitness and give you a boost. If you don’t exercise this is where I started, you may feel like doing more in September ~ enjoy!!!
