Have to be honest and say I didn’t manage every morning or evening; but on whole did manage about 8 – 9 days.
This morning noticed a change on my problem cellulite area of my gluteus maximus, lol!!; (have to say it as that is one of my problem areas.)
Surprised it worked this fast.
It is really bad, but instead of cottage cheesy and dry, it looks more dimpled. It is a lot smoother also.
I realise where I was going wrong now.
My back was dry also, so to sort my problem area out I need to focus on my whole body rather than just problem areas.
My abs went down a bit also on weigh in day.
Smoothness
My skin is definately smoother
Hydration pre and post exercise
Have found my skin stays hydrated during and after exercise, so I’m not using creams after exercise anymore.
Daily spa regime
This challenge has made me decide to start a daily spa regime.
I used to do evening spa treatments when I was a teacher, so seems like a good way to get spa day in.
How much product left after ten days?
There is still a fair bit of product left so great value for money.
Conclusion
I’m already a Nutrogena fan; their products work and you don’t need to be sparing with the product as it is great value for money.
If you are wanting to firm problem areas like me, I highly recommend this ten day challenge, at £4.33, it is brilliant if you are on a budget as If you are doing a whole body firming routine you need a lot of product.
Treat yourself to this product and put yourself first for a change.
You will feel lovely and a lot happier about yourself.
It is surprisingly quick to do if you are short on time as it is just one bottle.
My knees and elbows are smoother also.
