Hair

Concentrated mainly on hair today.

After growing it out for a year, decided to trim the ends once a month again.

Hoping to grow out the split ends and new hair growth from supplements.

Remembered a hair tutorial from pre covid, where the blogger told you to section your hair and trim each strand.

first make a centre parting, then work around one side of your hair trimming dry ends. Pin back each finished layer to the other side.

(If you feel the ends of your hair, you can tell what is dry and what is soft and silky).

As I have a lot of split ends I also trimmed loads of the fuzzy frizzy ends off.

I don’t know what I’m doing but the ends were really tiny so it leaves the length if you are wanting to try something similar but keep long hair.

Trimmed quite a lot off the ends but in volume rather than length.

It feels better and obviously is better condition than it was.

It isn’t in a style, but doesn’t matter if you style it to one side.

Hopefully it will grow out a bit by next month, then I will trim the ends again.

Hopefully when hairdressers come back, this will mean your hair is in good condition at least, if not in a style.

Remember to use proper hairdressing scissors and only use these for hair.

This addresses the dryness really well, does feel to have a bit more volume.

My forehead feels hydrated the day after, really good pick me up.

May/hydration drench/preparation for summer hydration

My problem is dry blemishy sensitive skin.

All the promotions at the moment are about glow.

The problem for me is I wasn’t addressing my skin problem so the glow was possibly just irrataing it.

I have what is known as awkward skin, so as I’ve said before it is completely my fault.

I use this every night and it obviously works.

If you have problematic skin too may be worth a try.

Noticed these are Dermatologist recommended, so possibly for the problematic skin market.

Some of it is for normal skin so may work for anyone really.

I’ve started out with these 3 products and very impressed.
