April Spring Clean Detox
The Sindy formula for easy detox I created if you want to do a Spring detox.
The idea behind the spring detox is it is a bit warmer in Britain by Spring so you don’t need alcohol to keep warm as much as in British Winter. It also helps you cut down your allowance ready for Summer when we often don’t drink as much.
You can do the Spring detox and exercise.
Week one
cut back to 8 units per week
You are now left with 6 units to detox
Week 2
Cut back to 6 units per week
You are now left with 4 units to detox
Week 3
Cut back to 4 units per week
You are now left with 1 Unit to detox
Week 4
Cut back to 3 units per week
You are now left with no units to detox.
At this point you could go completely dry quite easily without effort.
(or convert this to how much you drink per week).
Spring detoxes are in vogue now, so you may want to detox till the end of April, then come off detox with the Victorian party.

Conclusion
Manuka honey is a superfood that can be added to your other superfoods.
Detoxing once a year is actually good for us.
We have discovered it clears out more than just drugs and alcohol so they are for everybody not just people with addictions like we have been led to believe.
If you are doing just a health detox it takes just 2 to 3 weeks, so isn’t that bad.
I found I felt allright after 3 weeks.
Once you stop drinking and convert to detox food and drink products, you find yourself craving any toxins and I felt a bit tired, so I had a week off exercise, then started again in week 2.
You may feel allright detoxing and exercising.
(Wonder if it is because I left if a few years before doing another detox?)
I have struggled to get detox products so I used no sugar orange lucozade.
I ate mainly salads and honey yoghurt.
I was really cold, so glad I opted to do it in Spring.
It didn’t make me go skinny, but I did get rid of a lot of toxins.
If you can get detox products in your area, I’ve found they help immensely, hopefully get some for Spring detox next year.
Glad I found this info.
Hope it helps.
