Film Makeup and hair/sumuru

On revisiting Sumuru a year on, with view to completing the fashion calendar project,

(A project that has aimed to create seasonal shopping links to fashion, to keep you well stocked, ready for anything fashion wise and on track with current trends).

Have realised my hair is actually growing out like Sumurus by default as there are no hairdressers anymore.

I quite like it now.

Would never in a million years have aimed to style myself like a Bond Girl.

Shirley Eaton

She is absoloutly stunning, whereas I’m not.

Would love to achieve a figure like hers.

The ab sculpting will hopefully show improvements this month.

Prefer her blonde look, but I’m not going to do bleach again, so will stick with Sumuru.

You have to remember this is film makeup, then filter it out into reality so you don’t get the kook look everyone is talking about.

I love the lipstick colour, this was still there up until covid as I saw it in a recent film.

I find it interesting it suits brunettes as I thought it was for blondes.

I like blue eyeshadow, but you need to get the one that suits your colourings.

I prefer the light blues, with a cut crease.

I think if bronzers come back, I’ll blend blue and turquiose into the bronze look.

Conclusion

Before purists have a go at me, I guess Shirley Eaton is actually gold, but Bond must of influenced holidays abroad and sun tans.

I love this gold, bronze style look.

One side of my family gets a deep tan the minute it has a bit of sun, unfortunatly I inherited the fair skin gene that burns and goes red the minute it has a bit of sun.

I always use fake tan and bronzers to mimick the tanned side of my family.

I’m the Sumuru side lol!!!

Come back soon bronzers!!!

Hope this inspires you and we get to try it soon.
