The nerd found out a lot of ‘new’ product of trusted brands is rubbish.
As it has taken up loads of storage in my house that is too small as it was illegally built, the way forward is to throw it away.
My advice was to keep anything I like, but chuck out the kook stuff and rubbish quality products.
Some of the lipstick containers are really hard to use and not very aesthetic.
The colours are horrible and are the ‘kook’ look.
Also some of the plastic containers are really rubbish cheap quality and flimsy.
Will be throwing the eyebrow mascaras from Benefit, the other advent calendar I got, as I don’t want the ‘kook’ bushy eyebrow look.
I’m keeping the storage containers as that was what I actually needed.
Definately throwing the blemish making face creams in rubbish containers.

The moral of the Advent Calendar is therefore to purchase one where you like all the products and get your moneysworth.
At the end of the day I enjoyed opening all the boxes and have equally enjoyed throwing away all the stuff I don’t like.
It is a relief to make some space and clear out all the rubbish.
I did try to get one I would like, but this is all I was offered.
