This is too small in a weird metal container that doesn’t work?

I like big fluffy bronzer brushes with long handles.

Not sure it will wash with it being metal?

Noticed the brush on the advert and thought this would be good.

Still love the concept of Adult Advent Calendars, but would like one where I like most of the gifts.

Have to say Avon is cheaper than this, still have some of their brushes from pre covid and loads better.

Actually wasn’t going to say, but I bought the No7 foundation brush which was too small, wouldn’t wash properly and then the brush snapped in half because the glue wasn’t strong enough.

No7 used to be good, it was a bit expensive but not the same price as designer. Now it is overpriced and not very good?

Hopefully someone will sort this mess out and put the integrity and quality back into No7.

I don’t think I complain that much, but I imagine there are women with voices airing this complaint quite vocally.

Fed up of people acting daft on the photos as well?

And stupid eyebrows.

Wonder if they have had their fun now and beauty and fashion could go back to being enjoyable.

I started looking into micro-dermabrasion but found many of the products were really expensive and many were electronic to. I then found this product, most of the reviews were positive, it was cheap compared to the really high end products so i decided to give it a go. When i first used this i read the instructions and followed everything it said but i found that it was really tough on my skin. I dont have sensitive skin, it’s just oily around my nose and chin, but this made it almost look worse i found my pores looked bigger and the overall appearance of my skin was worse. I though that it was just because it had to get worse before it got better i used this 3 times a week for 2 months and found no improvement and i was a bit annoyed as it was quite a bit of money! it may just be my skin but i really think a normal fine exfoliator is better!

Yes, I would recommend this product.

I bought this to help clear up my black heads and clogged pores. I really like it, i put it on when my face is slightly damp and massage it in for about a minute. Its quite a strong exfoliant so not good for people with sensitive skin i would say. Keeps my skin soft for several days.

Might not use this ~ really need the Vichy exfoliator hope it comes back into stock.

Wish I’d had a Vichy Advent calendar I would be stocked up for months with products that work instead of products I’m not sure about.

No7 used to be good was recommended to me by a dermatoligist, not sure what is going on?

Hope it gets its designer back and its game back on track.

Sort of got a calendar full of useless products everyone is complaining about.

Have to say the graphics haven’t been lined up properly, you learn how to do that on a btec graphics taster course.

Still wondering if it is someone doing it on purpose, or someone rubbish?

Bit like the Les Dawson of the Graphics world lol!!!

I normally use the 1.5% retinol cream when I couldn’t see it in the shop I bought this instead thinking it was lower strength. I used it as usual and my skin burnt terribly after just 2 uses. Turns out the 1.5% cream was actually just 0.3% and this one is much stronger. Really disappointed boots were not clear about this in store. Contacted customer care who were really unhelpful

I have to say,’oh no another ruddy brown’.

Not my idea so don’t have a go at me.

Can’t believe it is yet another durgy brown colour though.

Was discussing the content of this calendar last night and have to say it seems to be for either one woman or one type of woman.

In mho I would hazard a guess you would put generic gifts in advent calendars so it suited the majority of women.

For example more like the choices Boots makes in the Superhero free gifts.

Then you would expect not to like everything but most of it would be useful so you wouldn’t dissapoint anyone, like a pencil sharpener or nail varnish, eyeshadow and lipstick in popular colours or mirror and so forth.

Just had an idea suggestion one box could have samples of loads of lipstick colours like Avon used to do ~ that would help when ordering colours online.

I’d buy light pink or fuscia of yore as oppose to muddy fuscia.

Just realised I was happier with the free gifts.

Boots and No7 are the same shop so how has this glitch happened?

No noticeable improvements in target areas

This serum has a light gel like consistency and absorbs evenly ready to take your moisturiser. After regular use for 5 plus weeks – along with other products in the range – I haven’t seen an improvement in any of the target areas – fine lines, texture or tone and still have some dryness. Conclusion

Not going to moan or try and get my money back, but wondering what I have actually got here?

Really like the box and the gold boxes inside so might think how to reuse it for storage.

Thought there would be ideas on you tube, but there is nothing I would do.

Might store Jewellery in it as it looks like a jewellery box, will stop it tangling up.

It is so miserable out there I think I’m lucky to have had an advent calendar at all.

The nerd said I could afford to get it, so maybe the money has gone towards someones wages.

£179 doesn’t make any difference to us.

I wouldn’t purchase this again though, unless it went back to how it was pre covid.

Remember I did like one of their eyeshadow quads, it was powder though and not shimmering clumpy glitter?

Would of loved that.

Also their spa products worked and didn’t have weird effects.

It is strange sort of sales, usually they would want you to get hooked on the products and purchase more.

Really pleased with a lot of my products from Boots, wonder if No7 is struggling to get its products right due to covid?

We couldn’t get potatoes for christmas dinner, luckily got a chicken so having chicken and chips. We love this now so actually looking forward to it.

Now I know how awful it is out there, decided to not give up on No7.

Think No7 did really well to put an Advent Calendar together at all.

Just wanted to say I’d enjoyed my experience and do a really good review.

Maybe I’ll find a use for the gifts.

Must admit it is a bit like a nostalgic Christmas, where you had loads of presents you didn’t want blocking up your storage, but you where too polite to throw it away lol!!!

Then everyone got wise and asked for what they wanted or purchased gifts with thought. Also pre covid gifts were carefully thought through.

Hopefully shops will go back to normal soon as I prefer gifts I can use.

Hope your advent Calendar was better than mine and I get a better one next year.

Must admit I don’t like ruddy brown even if it suited me, Max Factor did an autumn colour once but it was really nice, in fact I tried to repeat purchase that but they stopped making it.

Might review this calendar next week and see if I got my moneysworth, sort of interested if I did.

Wondering whether to bag up all the stuff I don’t want and give it to someone who does want it, can’t stand throwing things away.

Feel in the Christmas spirit.
