You Tube and amazon paid film weekend party

Last week none of my free film links worked and I felt the films were becoming repitive, so decided to do a restock on my purchased film collection.

The TV series were still working and the concerts and top of the pops parties, so will still load them up.

My experience of purchasing films on the internet

I was sort of asked to do free films, so I did and will do when the links work again.

If the links don’t work have to say I find it really useful to have some paid films in storage.

As a film lover, I have a massive stash of film dvds, now we haven’t a dvd player I have converted my love to the internet.

I like both free and films to purchase; suppose it is a bit like watching a film on tv, but also having it in your collection.

My You Tube film purchasing experience so far

If you are starting out on a You Tube film collection I can give you a few pointers of how not to go wrong.

The first tip is only purchase your favourite films or ones you will watch over and over again.

I bought a few I hadn’t seen and have regretted it as I didn’t like them, this is how I learnt this tip.

Then if you have problems with free films or are ill and so forth and haven’t the strength to search for films, (happened to me twice in November when I had 2 bouts of stress flu). The films are there waiting for you.

Thoroughly pleased with You Tube films.

Amazon

Again Amazon has been a great experience.

The beauty of purchasing films online is they are stored neatly away in your computer like a paperless office.

I’m not bothered about dvd cases, so suits me fine.

It has meant I could clear out the drinks cabinet of dvds and use it as a drinks cabinet again.

Conclusion

As I don’t watch tv anymore as people were advising you not to go digital as it was rubbish. I stopped watching tv when Come Dancing was on nearly every day as I don’t like Ballroom dancing and X factor was on the other side which I don’t like either.

Also I stopped going to the cinema when they started remaking films that didn’t need remaking badly and new films were rubbish.

That was when I found vintage tv on you tube, which filled my downtime with something I enjoy mainly films, tv series, and so forth ~ music that really has got the x factor. I don’t like gameshows, chat shows, award ceromonies and so forth, used to sit watching them and realise now I’m not that bothered about them.

Is the Film and Tv industry actually making money anymore?

It means I’m not watching films on tv or at the cinema, so now I’m thinking of purchasing some films it is a bit hard as I haven’t seen a new film for years and everything advertised on You Tube is new and all the stuff that made me switch to You tube in the first place.

Aren’t people who use You Tube on it as they don’t like digital TV?

I realise I might not be the average norm, but if I am has video, dvd and rental purchases gone down quite a lot?

Wondering why You Tube doesn’t do recommendations of films based on what I like and have already purchased?

If it wants me to buy vintage films I have never seen, I need to see them for free first before I buy so I get my moneysworth.

Also if I don’t go to the cinema anymore I’m not going to buy new You Tube Movies to purchase as I probably won’t like them either unless it has got better out there.

Fairly annoying that no one has sorted this mess out yet.

I can’t think of anything I want to purchase, bought Carry on Cowboy, but that might be it unless I think of something.

Back to where I started when I didn’t get digital tv and stopped going to the cinema.

Just Saying.
