Not sure what colour I’ve got, but it is the colour I usually get lip liner in.
Learnt about this lip liner trick in Elle possibly pre covid.
It is the best colour to start building your lips up with.
You can just use lip liner and gloss or lip liner and colour, like the 60’s makeup tutorial.
Still really enjoying the Advent Calendar experience, brightening my dull post covid world up no end!!!

You could use it as a magnet if you need one?
Just as an idea it would be more useful to have a makeup product with a free magnifying glass as all the labels are printed too small these days.
Heard a beauty blogger say this, so feel confident enough to comment about it.
This colour is sort of terracotta plantpot, where I would prefer a flower colour. A sort of darker colour than terracotta.
It says it is buildable, so maybe you build a flower colour on top of it?
Keeping this, as the more I learn about makeup, might work out how to use it. At least it is matte.

Really pleased with this, will use it with the lip liner.
Can never have enough neutral lip liner and lip gloss, do this look for walking also.
I can go out without makeup, but would rather just wear a bit of makeup.
Will try the gloss with my favourite colour ~ probably pre covid Mac or Loreal pinks.
Conclusion
Really enjoying my Advent Calendar experience.
Suppose I don’t like one lipstick so far, but I could just give it to someone who likes that colour, opening the box was really fun and the reason I purchased the calendar anyway ~ for a bit of fun.
I’m not a mathematician but it seems really good value for money.
No7 is a high end brand in Boots, so you just sort of take it for granted it will be high quality and worth what you are paying for.
I’d guess some of these calendars go down in value after the first, but this one sold out before the 1st of December.
As with all sales I think the best thing to do is get the one or ones you really want full price, in case they sell out, then browse the sales to see if there are any on sale.
I’d possibly by a sale one if it had content I wanted and was great value.
Personally I wanted the Advent Calendar experience and am pleasantly surprised with the standard of gift and the re usable box.
I’m really gratefull to Boots for supplying me my first Advent Calendar and bringing joy to my dull post covid world.
The golden box brings shimmery light to my horrible bedroom that is well due a makeover.
I’m not being gushy just honest.
Will continue this next Saturday.
