FACIAL TWICE A WEEK
It works quite well as the products I use all recommend you use them twice a week.
I do it
Tuesday and Thursday
You could do Wednesday and Friday and so forth, think it is best to have a day off in between.
TWO TIMES A WEEK FACIAL
Since last year year I have experimented with a large number of products and narrowed it down to my favourite brands. As I’m sensitive to a lot of the new ingredients on the market, has been quite a hard journey. Will write down my facial techniques. You can use your favourite brand of product or try my recommendations if you suffer from sensitive skin too.
First I wash my face and neck to start off from a clean base
After trying a lot of products I use either vichy or sea magik.
Directions:
1. Each morning and evening squeeze a little Gentle Cleansing Facial Wash in the palm of your hand and mix with water to create a light foam. 2. Massage over face and neck using circular movements. 3. Rinse with fresh water. Repeat if necessary.

Vichy
If using Vichy I use on dry areas and on problem areas.
This is good for dry areas, you could just use this if you have normal or dry skin.
This is good for problem areas, you could use this if you have oily/problem skin.
As I’m combination skin, this method works well. After lots of experimenting I worked this technique out for myself and really happy with it.

1. Apply to wet face and neck using light circular movements, avoiding eye area. Add water as desired to increase the gentleness of the exfoliation. 2. Remove with a damp face cloth or warm water. 3. Follow with your favourite moisturiser.

How to use

How to use
On a clean and dry skin, two ways of application possible: 1/ With the hand, gently apply all over face and neck until fully absorbed. 2/ With a cotton pad, massage all over face and neck until fully absorbed.
