As I had a bit of a wobbler last week, it is obvious to me I’m lacking vital nutrients. As I can’t get the food I want from the shops, it is through no fault of my own. Felt a bit beyond the end of my tether this morning about the state Britain has got into. Feel really sorry for other women like me who used to live healthy lifestyles and are now subjected to either eating fattening unhealthy, untasty foodstuffs as healthy produce isn’t available to purchase anymore.
After losing weight I’m not willing to eat rubbish food again.
Decided to do my Mcdonalds Christine Aguilera/Beyonce diet trick till I feel well again.
Also doing a supplement cocktail with the few supplements I have left.
Haven’t many, but got a few of this and a few of that.
Our bodies retain what we need and reject what it doesn’t need so doesn’t really matter in the end anyway.
Hopefully, my body might need something in my miniature collection of supplements.
Really could do with Co Q10, but ordered it so many times and nothing ever arrives.

I’ve deleted this blog, but basically, if you eat enough cheeseburgers without fries, you don’t put weight on, but it balances out serotonin deficiencies from not eating red meat.
If you suffer from Iron deficiency or serotonin deficiency it is so awful, you just need to ignore vegans and put yourself first.
If a wolf or lion eats meat that is obviously o.k. by animal-loving vegans, but if a human eats meat we are supposedly cruel.
Humans are actually at the top of the food chain on a par with lions, so we are actually supposed to eat meat naturally.
Learned that in biology at school.
If a lion catches prey in the jungle it shares it with other animals after taking its share first.

I wouldn’t stop anyone from being vegan or vegetarian, so why can’t I have my small allowance of lean meat, that stops me from being ill?
I would share my experience of being depressed for years as a vegetarian, then discovering from a nutritionist that I wasn’t depressed it was just that I needed some red meat. I don’t need a lot, but I do need some.
Some people don’t need meat, but the vegan society should be aware that some of their members may be experiencing suicidal feelings from meat deficiency.
Couldn’t vegans invent a new type of vegan who just eats enough meat to keep well?
Just saying.
Conclusion
If we can’t have food, can we at least have the supplements we order?
I hope I don’t get made to delete this as this information might help people like me and I thought that was what I was supposed to be doing.
