ONE POT CASSOULET

INGREDIENTS

2 oz GARLIC SAUSAGE

1 oz STREAKY BACON

2 SMALL TOMATOES

4 oz BAKED BEANS

1 oz BREADCRUMBS

PINCH OR SHAKE OF DRIED MIXED HERBS

METHOD

PUT THE SAUSAGE AND BACON IN A FRYING PAN AND COOK FOR A LITTLE WHILE UNTIL THE FAT BEGINS TO RUN.

ADD THE CHOPPED TOMATOES AND BAKED BEANS.

MIX IN WELL UNTIL THOROUGHLY HEATED.

THEN TRANSFER THE MIXTURE TO A HEAT PROOF DISH.

MIX THE BREADCRUMBS AND DRIED HERBS TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE OVER THE CASSOULET.

THEN PLACE UNDER A GRILL UNTIL PIPING HOT.
