The Supplement Digest/Gummies

Having given up on supplements yet again as I struggle to swallow them I was delighted to receive two containers of gummies.

Been through the mill a bit again with products that don’t suit me so reached the top of the steep natural remedy curve again.

You really need to be careful with natural remedies as they do work, but often aren’t explained clearly enough to women like me with no knowledge of natural remedies at all.

Luckily I know a bit about myself so realised I took a product for someone who is the total opposite of me, hence my hideous reaction.

Gummies are extremely easy to digest

Taking into account that women with sugar addiction don’t suit gummies, I approached my de bloat gummies with caution.

The last gummies I took were detox gummies.

I found them easy to digest and threw the ones I didn’t take at the end of the detox.

As I’m not addicted to sugar I’ve decided to try taking my supplements in this form.

What I discovered I am addicted to is salt.

Salt makes my face bloat so it is salt I have to watch.

We do need some salt so I’m looking into how much salt I need to take per week, when I find out I’ll blog it for you if you have my problem.

What added supplements are in De Bloat Gummies?

I can’t load images up at the moment wondering if WordPress is doing maintenance?

They are in product testing file at the moment if you want the link.

Always read the label before use

Notes so far

I think they are 20 calories per gummy as they have sugar in ~ noticed the calories in another brand.

I don’t understand mg or daily doses.

I’m just taking these and my collagen drink at the moment.

I’m taking these gummies during my wheatfree month, then seeing how I do with them.

I’m not bothered to drink cider vinegar so this form of cider vinegar suits me better.

I took two of these with my collagen drink last night and it tasted really nice.

Bizarelly my belt got tighter from doing ballet?

Found the truth about ballet by bashing away at google.

The other cause of my bloat was from forgetting to go wheat free for alternative months during the year.

So far I’ve got tummy aches which is normal and need to eat more fibre and drink plenty of water.

Bizarelly again my waist has gone down by going back to walking, aerobics, strength and yoga ~ go figure?

Got the rest of the month to do so let you know how I do.

Hope there are some answers for you here if you are like me.

Happy I might finally get on track with my supplements.
