March in March Workout had saved the Zsa Zsa Gabor routine from last year.
I’ve tried a lot of different routines since then so coming back to it had a lovely warm feeling.
Have to say it got very hot at the end with that, ‘you know you have had a good workout session feeling.’

Put the routine in a playlist for you if you want to try it.
No 1.
Zsa Zsa Gabor
Once you get used to the routine, you can turn the sound down, follow the moves and put a playlist on.
I made a few playlists from the top of the pops parties if you want to use any of them.
Just bookmark this page in chrome for easy access.




These are the ones I use most.
Just pop on Zsa Zsa Gabor routine, choose a playlist and go.
This works and is really enjoyable.
You also need to glam up if you opt for this option like Zsa Zsa Gabor!!!!

I get this more after doing Barre Work ~ this is if you can’t get on the floor for push ups or do these as well ~ like English Gyms of yore.

Conclusion
I was aching a bit after this.
Worked harder this month as switched from ballet to walking.
Rotating the videos each month is a good idea as you don’t get bored of your workout routines and it is great when they come round again.
Also really enjoyed listening to the playlists again.

This is roughly 53 minutes so you will need a bit of time to fit this in.
It counts as your cardio and strength day.
I used to like jogging outside in a morning so I love this routine and it reminds me of that.
