Movie of the week

Coy “Cannonball” Buckman (David Carradine) and his blazing red Pontiac enter the Trans-America Grand Prix, an underground road race spanning the continent in which there are no rules, no speed limits and no heed for the law. En route, Buckman jockeys with an international ensemble of racers for a $100,000 purse. But there are none more important than Cade Redman (Bill McKinney), his direct competition for a guaranteed spot on the elite Modern Motors racing team.
February Man Challenge in Collaboration with Cannonball

This is man friendly as there is a man in the video & it is personal training as oppose to ballet dancing and so forth. You can also do this challenge if you are a woman too, or do it as a couple if you have enough space. You get more energy as well.
(It also has a gong to ding dong lol!!!)
The nerd used to do Matrix by Kathy Smith as it is for men as well as women like a gym but at home and challenging, he won’t do anything like ballet so if you relate to that this will work for you.
Just get off your chair or settee and do this for ten minutes every day till March in March.
I did the Dors daily dozen for a year and that worked. Hadn’t exercised for years so needed something like this to get me on my feet again. I still can’t do routines properly as I can’t get on the floor.
You can do the video below if you prefer.

If you want to do more there are now men options in the slimming calendar, just look for the men friendly banner and enjoy!!!
Load the slimming calendar and workout in your Chrome bookmark and watch your weight come down again, then enjoy your saturday off and end of month party where you can eat whatever you want.

Navy Gin
If you want to get your tummy trim consider switching from beer to gin ~ discovered it is the Navy drink so suitable for men.
(We are switching from Sherry to gin as I bloated up on Sherry and couldn’t get in my leggings, luckily worked it out and can get in them again ~ opt for slimline Schweppes ~ The nerd drinks it too now he knows it is the Navy drink.)

Fear in the Night (also known as Dynasty of Fear and Honeymoon of Fear[2]) is a 1972 British psychological horror film directed, produced, and co-written by Jimmy Sangster and produced by Hammer Film Productions. The film stars Judy Geeson as a psychologically-fragile woman who, upon relocating to a rural boarding school where her husband has taken a job, finds herself being tormented by a mysterious figure with a prosthetic arm. Peter Cushing and Joan Collins, respectively, also star as the school’s mysterious headmaster and his wife.

Fright is a 1971 British thriller film starring Susan George, Ian Bannen, Honor Blackman, and John Gregson. The film follows a babysitter who is terrorized one evening by her employer’s deranged ex-husband. Its original working titles were The Baby Minder and Girl in the Dark before it was titled Fright.[3] It is said by many horror fans and commentators to be one of or even the first film in which an isolated babysitter is stalked by an unrelenting and psychopathic antagonist, rendering it the forerunner of dozens of movies to use similar premises over the following decades.
