The Awakening is a 1980 British horror film directed by Mike Newell in his directorial debut and starring Charlton Heston, Susannah York, and Stephanie Zimbalist. It is the third film version of Bram Stoker’s 1903 novel The Jewel of Seven Stars, following the 1970 television adaptation as The Curse of the Mummy for the TV series Mystery and Imagination, and the 1971 theatrical film by Hammer, Blood from the Mummy’s Tomb (in which Ahmed Osman also appeared). It was released by Warner Bros.
Another adaptation of Stoker’s novel was released directly to video in 1997 under the title Bram Stoker’s The Mummy.

Idea 1
I’m serve this with a side salad.
I would add M and S diet garlic bread baguette but they don’t stock that yet ~ hopefully it will again soon.
Really enjoyed the wine, I’m not a wine expert, I found it really drinkable and it goes with Tagliatelle really well.
Idea 2
You could have a bit of a health kick this weekend. But not dry.
You can get a pre made one at M and S or make your own.
Or choose a different salad, then ten slimming chips and white wine, perrier and ice.
Then detox tea in the following week to help start your spa treatments again.
It is a micro detox as oppose to a full on one lol!!!

Foodie Idea
We would normally do a roast dinner on Sunday, but discovered this idea in the 50’s weekend where there was also food shortages like now. I have just ten diet chips on slimming weekends. It is really easy to make. I have a glass of Merlot with it in winter. Highly recommend. The nerd has yorkshire pudding and gravy with his and loves it. I’m making a rocket and watercress salad this week.
It is really healthy, I think red wine is actually good for us in moderation.
