Have to laugh this is where my projects all started ~ I commented how hard it was to get liqueur anymore ~ one of my family favourites at christmas.
We have a fully stocked drinks cabinet now.

(This idea is because a lot of people do pizza on christmas day now ~ it warms you up on the darkest day thinking of Hawaaii, I just made it into a menu. Just remembered covid christmas, this idea is actually a back up idea to have ready in the freezer just in case.
Grew up making lemon meringue pie ~ one of my favourites.
Got this idea from September Island holiday, really enjoyed it.

The 8 days of liqueur aired at 9 O’clock last year but we used to drink them on the settee as children ~ just sip slowly ~ probably just have a liqueur when it comes on.
Think it was an olde worlde custum in the English Country like giving a baby Brandy and so forth.
