You can use Proseccio or Asti Spumante instead ~ we are opting for this option.

We are trying Grapefruit Fizz this year.

Yes, you can substitute orange juice with grapefruit juice to create a variation of a Bucks Fizz, often called a Grapefruit Fizz. 

The classic Bucks Fizz uses a specific ratio of two-thirds sparkling wine (traditionally Champagne) to one-third orange juice. When using grapefruit juice, you are essentially making a different cocktail that follows the same sparkling wine and citrus juice formula. 

Making a Grapefruit Fizz

Grapefruit juice offers a tarter, less sweet flavour profile than orange juice, resulting in a distinct and refreshing drink. 

• Ratio: You can follow the classic Bucks Fizz ratio: two parts sparkling wine to one part grapefruit juice.
• Ingredients:
  • Sparkling wine (Champagne or Prosecco work well)
  • Freshly squeezed pink or white grapefruit juice
  • Garnish (optional): A twist of grapefruit peel or a sprig of rosemary 

I’ll just make it with carton Grapefruit juice or tinned juice in tinned grapefruit.

Pina Colada

If you are doing the Hawaiian Christmas you needa Pina Colada to go with Don Ho.

You can join in if you are doing traditional Christmas as well.

You might want 2 tins as it also goes with Engelburt Humperdink.

Also:

Remember Your Champagne or Asti Spumanti, Babycham and so forth for New Years Eve.

You can crack it to Mariah Carey and the online fireworks show, followed by the All nighter New Years Eve Party.

For New Years Day Remember to stock the Wine Cellars, (makeshift plastic boxes with table cover on) with a good wine to go with your game bird dinner.

So thats two bottles of champagne, Asti Spumanti or Proseccio.

2 Pina Coladas

As many wines as you will want.

(As Boxing Day is on Friday this year we are having The Pepporoni backup Pizzas with red wine for Boxing Day, you possibly need 4 pizzas in the freezer.

I’d prefer that, will do cheese and onion on sticks for nostalgia and party crisps.)

8 Liqueures for the 8 days of liqueur or your favourites to repeat.

Conclusion
