NOVEMBER WORKOUT/AB & POSTURE FOCUS/Nutritional November

If not or you are plateauing or considering weight loss ~ just get stuck in and get on with it and you will soon get results!!!

November is the same basic routine, as it works.

I have had to change a video, but also adding the Lesley Sansone weight section; this year the Lesley Sansone ten minute weight routine has been added if you are short on time or combine the Zsa Zsa routine with the Lesley Sansone routine for a longer strength routine ~ just do squats from one of the videos.

Also found a new Lesley Sansone video for Saturday so added that too.

If you are just starting out consider the 1 mile walk a day with yoga on Thursday.

Change the playlist this month, I’ve made a selection or just use your favourite music.

I started with The Dors Daily Dozen then moved onto Zsa Zsa Gabor. I used to go to a gym 4 times a week and do 10,000 steps a day, then I got ill and had to rest. If you can relate to this due to covid ~ this is your way back believe me!!! Enjoy this level and watch the results.

If you don’t like exercise but feel a bit like you would like to but are put off by poseur gyms. The Zsa Zsa routine is all you need; it will keep you fit healthy and mobile and is also enjoyable and do able.

Lesley Sansone 3 X a week

This routine is great if you want to loose weight but don’t want to do fancy dance steps and just want an easy routine.

Sometimes you just feel like going fast and slimming down as fast as you can ~ this workout does just that.

Or the Lesley Sansone jog and weights if you haven’t time to exercise.

Find your level and what suits you

We are all different with exercise; I joined a poseur gym and survived it as I threw their strenuous programs out of the window and designed my own.

I’ve sort of ended up doing that on blogger now.

I get my workouts from here ~ they load up videos regularly into your subscriptions and you just browse and choose what suits you.

Then follow the timetable in the video or make your own up like I do.

(By the way there are strenuous videos at collage video if you liked the advance classess lol!!!)

You may find you end up preferring exercise at home as you don’t have to trail out anywhere with a heavy gym bag or have to trail back after a workout feeling tired out. You can just sit straight back down on your couch and chill out watching your favourite films.

Also you get top instructors that are possibly better than your local ones, suppose it depends on your area, but there better than my area.

I have to stop at 45.50 as I can’t do floor exercises here, hence the standing abs ~ you can either do the same as me depending on where you live, both or just do this video and not the standing abs.

Just the standing workouts are great for abs anyway.

Tried a yoga candle with this workout and it was lovely.

This prepares us for the November fancy dress party if you want to go as Cowboy/Cowgirl. Also I thought it looked fun.

If you have just found this The Rosemary Conley Salsacize will teach you how to do modern dance. It is really easy to pick up from this video and you will find it advances your level for some of the more energetic routines in the monthly workouts.

If gyms come back it will also get your confidence levels back so you can easily join in aerobics classes and so forth ~ I did these for a few months in a row and was surprised with how much I achieved.

They are really enjoyable and you also feel like you are in a nightclub ~ great fun.

I just did this for a few months till I picked it up and it became easy ~ you will too just keep doing it.

You are really worth this so it is really worth doing this for yourself and your body!!!

Also I felt a bit wired so are going to take herbal teas in the evenings after exercise with view to chilling out more before bedtime.

Nutritional November

If your reading this and not interested in any of it, nutritional November may be for you as you can loose weight without exercising.

Low everything, eat clean month for beginners

Started collecting low salt, calorie, fat and sugar food ideas.

I did a July detox and then started bloating so decided to eat clean.

The nerd discovered this is just a short term process for a month to clear out any waste stored in our bodies that our bodies don’t need, like cleaning out any appliance as an analogy; stuff gets blocked into bends and eating clean flushes it out.

The elimination process is a bit unpleasant but obviously better to have a good clear out.

What you have to do next is introduce a balanced diet where you ear properly but try to introduce more fruit and vegetables.

Eating Clean for a month

What you do is purchase the healthy food options and throw away all the unhealthy snacks in your home like crisps, biscuits, salty ready meals, (I still have a few at the weekend as you are allowed to have treats at the weekend but choose the low calorie ones) sugary drinks or desserts.

Then you will start getting cravings for them.

Instead of having the snack reach for raw broccoli, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and melon fingers, tinned fruit or tinned veg, raw mange tout, sugar snap peas, carrots, oranges, boiled eggs, tomatoes or my favourite at the moment a tin or carton of tuna on its own.

Sounds extreme but just try it.

After about a week you become really aware of your cravings. I started by being annoyed I couldn’t just reach for a fast food snack so I made my own fast food snack from healthy food. I feel a lot better and don’t get bored as I’ve got my weekend treats to look forward too.

Give yourself a fortnight to try it.

If you aren’t ready I’ll load my detox notes up in not so dry January and again when I do my next one.

Mull it over and give it a try.

Cutting back on all this might help you if you don’t want or need exercise.

Without being a genius I’m just going to cut back as much as I can but some things are actually made with salt like bread so I’m just sticking with low calorie medium salted bread. Also we do need some salt.

Also you can have sea salt as this flavours your food without making you bloat.

I’m not a nutritionist so just have to try my best.

Also you can cheat a bit at weekends so will eat medium salt beef and so forth then.

I used to cook my own food, but we can’t boil things here so ready meals are really handy. I only used to enjoy cooking at weekends, midweek or breakfasts and so forth.

The thing to do is make time to cook, like making time for exercise.

I actually now prefer steaming food to boiling food.

Also as far as I know steaming vegetables is better than boiling them anyway as it saves the nutrients.

Low everything review

Added this idea in October.

What I have found is I’m craving coffee and cheese more.

At first I got withdrawal symptoms from low calorie snacks which sounds silly as they are low calorie.

But the point is I was living off snacks rather than food and nutition.

After my July detox I realised I had to move on with my diet.

As I’m craving milk and cheese wonder if this was what was missing from my diet.

Milk and cheese are essential food types especially for women so I’m really pleased finally with the results from my July detox.

It has been touch and go from July to October, but the detox has finally got me there.

July might be the best season for me to detox as I drink less in heatwaves anyway.

Never thought I’d get my life back how it was.

Craving a coffee on its own is me.

Fresh food is me also.

At the end of the month I felt lousy but the detox finally flushed out the last toxins.

What I have to do now is have a more balanced diet with some treats but also more fruit and veg.

I’ve decided to steam and bake food in the oven.

I am going to make my own ready meals.

For instance tonight I had mediteranean vegetables with chopped tomatoes, tuna and flavourings.

It is a bit like how students cook I suppose, but without the pasta.

Will keep loading food ideas into the simple food file on pinterest.

I’m not a chef or cook so will just be simple ideas l;ike chicken, fish and so forth.

If you are reading this and are where I was hopefully this will give you strength, courage and determination to turn your body and life back where you want it to be.

I’m still not back where I want to be, (I don’t go outside or do floor work) and I’m still learning but think I’ve had a massive learning curve since July.

If you want to drop a dress size for December.

You will drop a dress size if you want to ~ just keep focussed and keep making changes in the right direction.

Conclusion

This month I feel like I go to a gym again.

This proves how competant the instructors are at collage video.

I don’t make any money doing this, any money goes through to collage video & the other creator channels..

I’m not sure why I’m even doing this, I just used to exercise on my own.

Have to say I love sharing what I choose and feel like I might be of some use if it is helping women like me.

I used to just choose routines randomly at the beginning of the month.

This way I’ve learnt a lot more and achieved more.

Also I was struggling as I couldn’t get on the floor so I had to work out how to exercise without doing floorwork so couldn’t use the whole video anymore.

Quite relieved I have a workout program for every month now ~ makes more time for my other tasks.

This month is a push to drop that dress size for the christmas party season.
