Last year I struggled with Defy Gravity in October workout.
Wasn’t sure what I was doing at the time but from November I alternated these two Rosemary Conley salsa classes ever Friday.
By October I was amazed with what I could do.
Managed Tighter Assets easily and could put more oomph into defy gravity.
If you have just found this and feel overwhelmed by Defy gravity ~ just do this routine every Friday till next October.
You get great results just from these two videos anyway, but you are also learning to dance.
Rosemary is a brilliant dance teacher so give it a try.
Just rotate these each month.
