New for this Weekend

Sunday
Italian Weekend
Thought of a few options for you

300 calories-M&S Count On Us Roasted Mushroom Tagliatelle
This was delicious. I had it with a tesco side salad and San Peligrino. It would go equally well with a bottle of white wine or white wine spritzer at the weekend.
I just have ready meals at the weekend now as I have a bloat problem created by my July Detox.
Lost weight on these last year ~ noticed some of them aren’t low in everything if you are struggling like me.
You can cheat a bit at the weekend though.

Or if you have a hob you could make your favourite Italian recipe.
Or do Lemon Chicken ~ you could add pasta and Italian dessert for people who aren’t slimming.
Or have Italian Aperitif

Jean, a liberal minded school teacher, has an affair with teachers and discusses the same with her adolescent students. Jean loses her job, when one of her students gets obsessed with her ideologies.

If it is your birthday today or birthday month!!!
