Changes This Year
I’m not sure how it has happened but I found this more do able this year.
I didn’t get all the steps like the mambo turn, but got back on track a lot faster.
It was still a challenge for me, but I think I’ve been learning the steps without realising in Rosemary Conleys’ Friday Dance Classes.
Hopefully by the end of the month I’ll learn the steps I couldn’t get on day one.
Loved the Polynesian feel in cold British Autumn.
Hope you have got better at this video too if you are doing the monthly workouts.
At the end I wasn’t exhausted so could catch up on my abs that I didn’t have time to finish on Wednesday.
Then added the Lesley Sansone cooldown.
Really pleased with my progress.
Congratulations if you have upped your fitness levels too.
I understand what get to the other side means now; I felt like I’d been to the gym pre covid at the end of the workout.
Haven’t felt like that since I recovered from my long term illness.
