This is 60 minutes of moderate intensity.

To lose weight effectively, aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise per week, or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise. This could be broken down into shorter sessions throughout the week. Additionally, incorporate strength training exercises on two or more days a week. 

You don’t need to do as much exercise as you may think ~ I’m really glad I discovered this, think I was doing too much.

Try Friday night hot dog sausage for a change or have it as your holiday abroad treat option.
They are low calorie if you count the calories so we are having hot dogs and Italian.
Goes well with the National Lampoons European Vacation actually.
Great film!!!
Goes really well with the dijon mustard from last week or heinz tomato ketchup.
Proper hot dog sausages are best if you have an extractor fan, we are using cauldron sausages, which are gorgeous too.
Nice change.

Just realised you could do German Night as it is abroad if you live in UK.

Really like this TV fashion.

Think it is hand made.

We used to make fashion like this at school from paper patterns.

You can’t purchase patterns like this anymore just not very good ones.

The belt you knot at the front is missing off a lot of the shoddily made clothes out there at the minute.

You wouldn’t have to tuck them, in then.

I’d make this if I could get fabric and paper patterns you actually wanted.

Bit of fun.

Used to like choosing our own unique fabric ~ love this colour.

It pulls the flared back in also.

The belt is quite easy to do thinking about it.

You don’t need to do that much to stay fit or loose weight.

This proves you don’t have to do extreme exercise if you don’t want to ~ really pleased with these findings.
