Yesterday was a Saphire’s Hairdressing Salon Day.
I washed my hair with OGX Biotin and Collagen.

Applied kerastase Mousse

Followed by Kerastase Elixir

Then I sectioned my hair and applied the self grip rollers.

As my hair is different lengths, the sections round the front of my face are shorter, so I rolled these under.

This is a TV Fashion Hairstyle.
The Longer lengths I turned upwards.

Review
The rollers weren’t what I’m used to.
They were like putting velcro in your hair.
I sat with them on all day, then found them hard to take out.
I even had to use hairslides to hold them in so didn’t self stick.

When I finally got them out was worried I’d damaged my hair more.
It had actually worked a bit though.
I used to straighten my hair from the top which I won’t be doing again.
What I need is a heated curler wand or heated curlers.
By starting this project I realise the heat would only damage the ends.
In a world where we aren’t allowed to speak properly anymore I can’t say why, but a hairdresser once told me it doesn’t matter what you do to the ends anyway, it is the top of your hair you have to be careful with.
As our house hasn’t much sockets we can use ~ electricity is only for essential usage so this project would only happen if we move.
Apparently these illegal style house problems are quite wide spread over England.
Also my hair obviously isn’t in a hairstyle but by curling it under I can see where to go with cutting my hair myself.
When I grow it to the same length I can try the ‘Love Thy Neighbour look.’
Also a college friend once told me to never bouffant your hair on top of your head so this keeps it nice and easy too.
Mind you she’s bouffanting her hair on face book now ~ She doesn’t suit it at all ~ see what she mean’t now.
Volume with Mousse
The Kerastase is brilliant, just what I wanted and more.
The Elixir is brilliant too.
It makes your hair feel like satin.
Until I get plug sockets in abundance again will bouffant my flat hair up with Karastase, dry it naturally and go for the straightener look.

This is maybe another of my problems, my hair is naturally fine and straight.
Maybe the rollers work better if you have thicker or curlier hair.
I recommend Kerastase to everyone; if I got it you should be able to get it too.
If so these might be just what you are looking for.
Always wanted to try it but couldn’t afford it ~ really worth the money.

Conclusion
Hope these ideas work for you.
If you get the rollers to work on your hair, you then fix the curls in place with
Strong hold hairspray which brushes out easily.
Feel like I’m stating the obvious, but I used to go to a hairdressers once a month and they did all this for you and told you how to maintain at home.
Hopefully getting somewhere with Kerastase.
Enjoy your weekend
