After detoxing this time I realise I need to maintain my goal weight but start eating normally again; diets are just for loosing excess weight ~ not a lifestyle choice.
As I can’t eat now due to food restrictions, I’ll have to be inventive with ideas to make myself eat again, you might need to do this too if you are at goal weight.
Have to say I’ve never not wanted to eat before so bit worried.
Before covid I tried to vary what I cooked but it is hard to do this now.
We are having red wine and beef on Wednedsay; I’d have steak as first choice but not do able here, so we are having beef and bread rolls

This is nice enough to eat straight from the packet, I did this to loose weight.

I need to eat more carbs, will get medium or small size.

How many glasses in a bottle of wine?

A small bottle is equivelent of around a standard glass of wine.

A large bottle holds:
6 small glasses
4 Standard glasses
3 Large glasses

My wine glass hasn’t got the capacity measurement of the glass on the box.
Found a pre covid measuring jug.
After all that found I’m drinking within the limits great!!!!
We sometimes have a sherry on Friday which is also within the limits.

Conclusion
Think this is going to come back stay and be a tradition with us.
Learning about Aperitif and Digestif has changed my lifestyle.
Another good thing is they last a long time.
Really want to build up a wine collection next, really handy when you have a bottle of wine in the drinks cabinet for impromptu moments.
Hopefully food will come back soon too.
Wednesday used to be my cooking night so great excuse to try different beef dishes to match the different wines.
