With detoxing and studying aperitif and digestif decided to relaunch Wednesday Wine Night.
My problem was drinking gin at the weekend as it is an Aperitif to make you hungry.
We are doing the beef idea again as it goes really well with red wine.
Ideally steak and low calorie chips, jacket potato or salad.
But realistically probably M and S beef/teacake/roll/ with horesradish sauce.
We did this through covid and really enjoyed it.
I have to eat more now so may opt for beef and low calorie chips.
If you are counting units I think it is possibly better to spread them out through the week than drinking all at once.
TV idea
Will save it up in pinterest again.
Each night will be something random and different.
You can watch the Wednesday Wine night choice or play catchup from weekend tv or both.
What you don’t drink you can store in your drinks cabinet or save till Friday.
