This challenge is for everyone men women children ~ fit ~ new to exercise ~ everyone.
What you need to do is get up at least 1/2 hour before breakfast. Switch on the Slimming calendar challenge and just do it!!!
If you are new to this or hate exercise just give it a try and see.
If you are exercising more or a lot on a weekly basis add this challenge to your routine.
This will up all your fitness levels, invigorate you before breakfast and is wonderfully enjoyable!!!

If you aren’t going anywhere this year, great opportunity to buy yourself some new outfits. model them on I phone ~ send back what you don’t like and purchase more till you are happy. Next year you will have a new wardrobe to add more to, so will feel up to date and on trend in clothes you feel young and comfortable in. You could concentrate on problem areas ready for next year. Hopefully the August challenge is budging cellulite and so forth. Also experiment with fake tans, makeup, hats and hairstyles.

These are both fairly well known to us Brits. You can opt for a retro 70’s buffet with a Swedish twist or Spanish Tapas ~ Paella, Spanish omelette and tapas side dishes. Great party food ideas everyone loves, served with Mateus or Sangria.
