After May bank holidays, sexy legs and the end of May day off have gained 4lbs.
I’d gone down to 7 stone 12lbs and yesterday was 8 stone 2.
I’m not worried about that, but at the same time I don’t want to slip back into my old weight problem.
Where to go next with sexy legs
I’ve not got a problem with it, but if you don’t use your arms you don’t get a cardio session and if you just do the floor work there isn’t enough room in my house. The only possibility is to stop when you have to go in one direction then do a whole body twirl in a different direction with not enough floor space.
Not for beginners
To be fair to sexy legs this video turned up randomly so may be aimed at ballerinas.
Ballet dancers are often heard moaning about how hard it was to learn to dance.
In toddler classes they learn baby steps first.
To expect a complete novice to suddenly be able to pick up classical ballet dancing is like giving a novice a guitar and expecting them to do classic Spanish guitar ~ impossible; you just want something like the smoke on the water riff.
I learnt that at Cameron House actually, then gave up when I snapped a nail lol!!!
Anyway.
The bar part at the end is perfect for beginners, but I need to get the two pounds off now so decided to make this rescue maintenance package for anyone else in my dilema.
Couldn’t sleep last night for trying to work out what to do.
Haven’t got time to fit bar work in for beginners if I’m to loose the excess weight gained ~ so will use this knowledge in Ballerina Camp and add bar to another workout then.
(Also if you are a ballerina stuck at home in post covid times, this is obviously a great find for you.)

Choose the sweaty/cardio/fat burner walk at home/Jessica Smith videos.
Snack/Treat day Control
Also remember being taught about treat days getting out of control by Gillian Michaels you Tube.
Think we still need a treat day once a week, but save the cake and so forth for the end of month parties, just have one piece of dark chocolate or an ice lolly and so forth at the weekend.
Also drink in moderation.
Conclusion
When you get to your goal weight, you then need to maintain.
This stops yo yo dieting and having to start again.
The pounds will drop off again and you will feel in control of your figure.
Learning something new helps break plateus and you may discover you can do some of it.
There is 3 weeks to the end of June party so you can turn it around again by then and get back on track ready for your day off.
