Bank Holiday Survival workout

When we workout at home there are no guides or timetables.

I had forgotten to take holidays.

Gyms shut for holidays, so we have to timetable in our own holidays for working out at home.

I took easter and bank holiday off and really enjoyed them both.

Feel rested, but not too rested.

Slimming calendar randomly suggested just a 1 mile jog for today instead of a 4 mile power walk, so felt inspired to write up this timetable idea for weeks with a bank holiday in.

It will be easy to access for future reference.

Then go back to 5 days the following week.

Monday

Bank Holiday day off

Tuesday

Spa day

Wednesday

This counts as your strength training today if you choose this option.

Thursday

Yoga

Friday

Zsa Zsa

Jane Fonda Lunges

Dance Class ~ Salsascise!!!

Saturday Walk Club

1 mile jog

Conclusion

This gets in two days of strenth and four days of exercise.

Sort of realise the point of bank holidays from studying and planning timetables.

Monday and Tuesday were lovely and restful, but then I felt like I needed to get back into it.

Hope this inspires you with your exercise at home.

When you look at the whole year we have a lot of time off and rest periods, so hope it helps if you are struggling with doing exercise again like I was.

I get worried about having rests, which we shouldn’t do.

As long as we get boosts in now and again when we feel healthy and up for it, then get regular exercise in, it doesn’t make any difference having days off.

I quite like doing the classic days off, also we are allowed to have days off to go on holiday.

I find I like to do my exercise though as it makes me feel better.

On holiday I like to walk and swim etc., so that would count for regular exercise on holiday.

Hope you enjoyed your bank holiday
