As we are being told not to exercise as much anymore, have struggled to jump on the new health bandwagon. From watching ‘Perfect People’ the film have started to realise it takes time. Have discovered through the cellulite diaries that you actually have to exercise on a regular basis to get rid of and control cellulite. Just build your fitness levels up slowly and it will work for you.

If you don’t want to do cardio, you can opt for yoga.

These fit even though I’m 5ft 4 with 33 inch hips? Doesn’t make sense, but was desperate for tights. Pretty similar to the bare ones in medium.

Couldn’t believe this. Put them on this morning and fitted perfectly. The photo doesn’t do them justice. They are actually shiny and a really nice colour. They hold you in and hide cellulite like tights used to. I’m 5ft 4 so these are exactly the same measurements as tights were pre covid in mho. Product details Boots 7 denier bare tights in shade sunblush, size medium give you the confidence you get wearing tights but are barely visble on the leg. Suitable for All How to use Place product onto foot and gently pull up the leg, smoothing out fabric to give even coverage. Will definitely repeat order these. They fitted round the waist also. This could be due to exercise, but they look bigger also. They allow for the feminine curves also.

Just tried the November Yoga workout, decided not to do Pilates today, but did the Yoga portion of the playlist.

It was the first time I’d tried the bust firming section and as I can’t get on the floor did it seated. Think this is O.K. as seated Yoga is trending these days.

Not sure how long it will be till I can kneel again anyway.

Really enjoyed it and found my arms are less flexible on one side so glad I found this video.

Was really pleased to find pose of a horse as my Yoga teacher at the Ladies gym did that with us and wanted to find it again.

I think we just need to do the exercise we feel like doing.

I feel different from week to week.

Conclusion

Will store any new products or knowledge and so forth that I find, in this diary record.

It definately works.

My arms and thighs are loads better but are still working on glutes, then of course you need to maintain your results with regular exercise and product.

Not sure cellulite ever goes alltogether, but it is a relief to smooth out the worst of it.

Well done if you have smoothed yours out too!!!
