Wednesday wine night/play of the week/L’Elegance – starring Geraldine McEwan (1982)/March Week 5

I found this play during covid but didn’t put it on Pinterest as it may be classed as racist.

It says the word. ‘chinky’ which is street slang for Chinese Takeaway.

Apparently it isn’t racist.

I don’t say it, I say Chinese Takeaway.

I don’t like Mackie Dee either, suppose that isn’t racist.

I just don’t like abreviations for some reason, not sure why?

Anyway the play is really good.

If someone wants this media preserved why not just edit it and voice over the words Chinese Takeaway over Chinky?

If this offends anyone I will take it off WordPress.
