(Nearly finished the one year Covid capsule project on pinterest, so thought I’d keep going as it might get sorted from excessive ads).
The Sindy formula for easy detox I created if you want to do a Spring detox.
Week one
cut back to 8 units per week
You are now left with 6 units to detox
Week 2
Cut back to 6 units per week
You are now left with 4 units to detox
Week 3
Cut back to 4 units per week
You are now left with 1 Unit to detox
Week 4
Cut back to 3 units per week
You are now left with no units to detox.
At this point you could go completely dry quite easily without effort.
(or convert this to how much you drink per week).

8. ‘The Other Boleyn Girl’ (2008)
Portman very much has the face and the temperment to be starring in historical costume dramas, but — as an American — those roles are relatively few and far between. ‘The Other Boleyn Girl’ is one of her few efforts in the genre, and it’s a relatively forgettable slog. Still, she’s acquits herself well, playing Henry VIII’s second wife, Anne Boleyn, in a film that tracks her pursuit of the king behind the back of her sister Mary (Scarlett Johansson). One of the most famous historical figures of her era, Anne has been played by many actresses, but Portman offers a refreshingly different take. On the surface, she’s seductive and devious, but Portman never lets the audience forget how young, inexperienced, and naive this young women thrust into the political intrigue of the royal court truly is.

Had a really enjoyable two weeks of film watching.
Have to say the first two weeks of derox I feel awful, so maybe it does do us good to have a clear out now and again.
If detox annoys you, you could do Wednesday wine night or access old party blogs.
To be fair to me, I didn’t have a choice but to detox as I got stress flu.
