The Book was written in 1983 and This TV mini series in one part here was made in 1986.

Found I can load up more on WordPress TV, it saves a larger amount of stuff so you can go back and access TV easier, also Tumbler Archives everything so you can access TV or workouts quickly.
Hope you like this new format, it is a lot easier for me to be honest.
