Now Pinterest is mashed, (apparently it is being sorted, the calendars are still there, but I can’t handle the weirdness at the moment, they will be still there for you if it gets sorted).
In the meantime, I was browsing 80’s ideas and rediscovered the Fallon look.
It was ‘really’ popular when I was starting out on Pinterest.
Can see why.
I don’t like the 80’s, but you could get away with this look now as it is really classic, simple and stylish.
It also leads to a white company shop ~ essential with spring coming and a thought on women’s minds if they are exercising with their playlists and videos from their favourite fitness leaders on You Tube; by about June we will be needing shorts and cami tops probably. Are you getting hot in winter these days?

The Fallon Look
I can’t wear a lot of makeup, so Fallon is a look I would of copied maybe.
I really like white clothes like this, I think her look is sort of evolved from the Victorian inspired fashion of the 70’s.
Fallon is wearing glamour here, but pulls it off simply and stylishly, so she remains her true self.
I love this top, might put it in the Martin dress project actually. This is similar to my final degree year. I opted for peach and ivory, but this powder blue and white is so pretty I could work with it for a while.
As I’m brunette also, I really like her warm, bright lipstick, fake tan and simple eyeshadow look.
Her earings aren’t too bad as they are long and slim.
Gypsy Fallon
Love this pink dress, plucking up the courage to try the off the shoulder gypsy look.
I don’t suit one shoulder unless it is designed to fit my body type, but might suit this look.
It is all still a little romantic, victorian and white victorian tights.
Her hairstyle isn’t too bad for excessive curls, it is really well designed.

Had a nurses outfit like this when I was little.
Will alter this ~ got loads of ideas.
Can’t wait to start crafting again.

Conclusion
Social media comes and goes, but the weather stays the same.
Wherever we get our fashion inspiration from, whoever we are, we still, ‘all’ need cool clothes in summer.
I don’t make any money out of this, I’m just bored and sharing how I feel.
George is or was owned by Wallmart, so you can do the same shop there if you are American.
Or at any shop really, either men or women and whatever height, weight or body type.
Hope this inspires you and gets you thinking.
Not a bad little start to a summer wardrobe, then by summer you can ease into the warmer days without having to go shopping for cool clothes ~ just shopping for fun!!!!
I tried to make some lipgloss the other day and it looked rubbish.
Hopefully makeup will come back soon.
Maybe there is a way to make your own lipstick, but I haven’t worked it out yet.
Decluttered a lot my new makeup, except for the curly wand mascaras that work and a few other products such as Rimmel.
Not sure where to get makeup that works from, maybe we are being told we don’t need makeup, but I disagree to be honest, I need makeup to give me a bit of colour and warmth. I also need it to enhance my fairly dull existence. Makeup is one thing I have always had, so would like to keep it. Hopefully variety of makeup choices will come back soon, my colours and makeup textures aren’t there at the moment.
I’d also rather purchase makeup, than make makeup, as that is half of the fun.
