This month I’ve added Man Friendly Workouts from a Collabaration with Ding Dong Promotions ~ just look for this banner.
You might want to add weights.
We get ours from Argos.
You can start off with small water bottles.
The link below is to weights at Argos.
If you get any muscle ache from exercise we use Magnesium spray and the Beurer tool.
If you are worried about anything always seek advice from your doctor.
The whole Workout is for both men and women but I guessed what men would be more comfortable with.
Just scroll down to the workouts advertised with this banner.
Once you work it out you can access them easily on the playlist each workout day or make & save them to your own playlist in You Tube.

February Home Spa Workout
The idea for this is therefore to make your routines like a Spa above, where you have exercise, healthy food, plan and achieve your personal goals, stock up on spa treatments for your problem areas, fit into a routine and achieve results with spa products.
The Slimming Calendar 70’s diet Edit

This is sort of my goal for February, but you can interpret it to inspire your own goals.
Think what you want to achieve by the end of February.
Jot it down in your maintenance diary.
If you can’t get an actual journal or maintenance diary, I just use a plain notebook. (Hve to say I’ve invented a ruler from a sleep mask packet, like filo fax of yore ~ if shops don’t want our money, you sort of manage anyway).
Set your gym schedule by sourcing videos on collage video, change round your walk at home routine, change your walking route outside, change round your yoga routine, try spa treatments for firming, cellulite, slimming, winter dryness, dry skin brushing, moisturisers and so forth.
I hope to get on the floor to exercise again soon, but until then I have to exercise standing.
As I’ve been studying dance as a form of exercising abs, I’ve decided to keep doing this in February.
Need to do more cardio this month, but decided to add ballet to cardio and keep trying with it.
I’m also hoping to up my fitness levels ready for March in March.
After resting for christmas, then using January to get back into it, my goal is to loose some more weight in February.
Another goal is to straighten my back, have done quite well at this in January, if these are sounding like your goals you are welcome to join me in what I’m doing this month.
New Goal For This Year
Last year I got back into an old dress from inspiration in the January slimming calendar.

Catch up with Kate Moss for fashion inspiration. Her famous slimming tip might be your eureka moment!!! Keep thinking of that dress you want to get into!!!
This year I tried some old size 8 H & M trousers on and I can’t fasten them.
Think the dress was more stretchy maybe.
If you want a goal idea getting back into old clothes is a tried and tested slimming trick that works.
This is another goal of this year.
I put off trying them on but as I was decluttering trousers went for it.
Glad I did as I want to be my old size and have a focus now.
Just put them on ~ you may fit yours now anyway and be really happy!!!
Collage video
They load up really regularly so if you have different goals to me it is worth subscribing and you will find videos that will suit what you are looking for.

This is where I get my workouts from.
Decided to do options this month ~ like classes at gyms

Friday Dance Class Or Tai Chi
No strength today ~ remember to do strength three times a week with a day off in between to rest your muscles.
Class 1
Class 2
Tai Chi

(This is for women too if you want to try it, not tried it myself yet but thought it looked good ~ it is by collage video so safe for you to do at home)

Yes, Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is fundamentally an ancient Chinese internal martial art, but it’s also widely practiced as a gentle mind-body exercise for health, with its martial applications often emphasized in more traditional training or as a complementary skill for other martial arts, focusing on balance, relaxation, and internal power. While many people know it for its slow, meditative movements beneficial for stress and balance, its core principles include self-defense, using techniques like throws, joint locks, and strikes, often hidden within the flowing forms.
Tai Chi as a Martial Art:
- Internal System: It’s classified as an internal martial art, developing strength and power from within, unlike external arts that focus heavily on muscle.
- Techniques: Includes hand forms, weapon forms (sword, spear), pushing hands (partner drills), and self-defense applications, teaching concepts like rooting, yielding, and redirecting force.
- Historical Roots: Developed from combat techniques, with its name literally meaning “supreme ultimate fist” or “highest form of combat”.
Tai Chi as Exercise/Meditation:
- Health Benefits: Its slow, flowing movements improve balance, flexibility, focus, and reduce stress, making it popular for health and rehabilitation.
- Mind-Body Connection: Promotes deep concentration, controlled breathing, and a strong connection between mind and body.
In essence: Tai Chi is a dual-purpose art; its health benefits and meditative aspects are derived from its profound martial foundation, making it a comprehensive system for both self-defense and well-being.

Class 3

You can do all of this video if you have room in your house.
or
Class 4
I’m keeping this going in February as I achieved more with Rosemary Conley When I kept Going.
Just do the cardio in Attitude below up to ~ 27.00 then finish with Bar Work ( If you do the weights this is your third day of cardio so you need to do it on Monday Wednesday or saturday instead. Or just do the whole video without weights.
(just noticed if you like this video it is a twelve week course ~ you could just do this.)
Trying to aquire some ball weights then will move this to strength day in March in March.
I didn’t have room to do this where I am so are just doing the bar section at 31.27 for ten minutes.

Sunday
Spa day
I usually have my second spa day on sunday ~ you can have up to three spa days, but have a rest between facials or do a facial 2 days, then manicure, pedicure, cellulite treatments different days. Or do it all one day.
I do my challenges every morning now to fit them into my schedule.
Until it gets warm again switched my challenges to evening, but do face skincare routines morning and evening i.e. cleanse, tone and moisturise.
Not so boring Health Farm Fridge
Health farms sort of went away I think as they were too boring, like the no salt or sugar diet.
The Modern Health Farm Fridge

Not so boring Health Farm Fridge
70’s diet option.
I’ve put together a few ideas of my own so there may be something of interest for you.
70’s diets were just about eating less calories and not about fat or sugar content.
To put this idea in a nutshell if you reduce the amount of food you eat and increase your activity you will loose weight.
My ideas are just gimmicky and a bit of fun.
We have become a lot wiser about health since the 70’s so you need to adapt this idea according to your health requirements.
For instance I will be using olive oil and veg oil.
I’m not a nutritionist so I learn by trying things.
If you get addicted to sugar you might be better staying sugar free like Lizzie.
Have a browse of my 70’s diet idea as there may be something of interest.
We are doing it and will review it at the end of the month.
Conclusion
There is variety and choices for you this month.
If you want something else check out slim cal overflow on pinterest.
There are a lot of videos stored up in slim cal overflow also to choose from.
I try these live so make mini playlists and reviews as I go along.
(Last month I got tummy ache ~ hope it is the burn. If you do too I found, spray, patches, the beurer tool and music helped.)
You can save the video below to your playlists.
You get Tuesday off and the weekend for your spa treatments.
Thursday Yoga is optional.
Enjoy February
