Tried this a year ago and have to admit I collapsed after it and had trouble sleeping after.
I used to be able to do this DVD and actually own a copy of it.
One year on, after completing Jane’s July and Defy Gravity I decided to give it another go.
Absolutely delighted, did just about all of it except the floor work as I can’t use the floor here.
Fast forwarded to the cooldown.
If you try this and find it as hard as I did last year, just do the workouts in the slimming calendar and you should be able to do it by next January.

This action is probably easier to do if you have been doing the Jane Fonda Chair routine and Barbara Currie Cellulite buster all year.
You sort of get what Barbara Currie means at this point in the workout.
Discovered this move in August ~ This means we will be even better by next year.
Also if you do Kathy Smith Kickboxing you will learn how to punch properly for the boxing section.
This is in November, it has great results for your abs and waistline, so hoping pump it shows similar results.
Conclusion
Really pleased I managed this dvd, have worked really hard at this and am starting to see results like this.
My first goal was to up my fitness levels, so definately achieved last years goal.

If you have just found this give it a try, if you can’t do pump it, you will be able to by next year as long as you stick at it, put the hard work in and trust the experts I showcase as they are telling you the truth.
