Chose this as it sounds like Halloween, but is high-end and for adult women rather than for children.
Was drawn to a bottle actually at Dior

Poison, the sultry fragrance and elixir. In this extrait de parfum, François Demachy revisits the legendary accord of the Poison fragrance by enhancing its sensual character. Highlighting the strength of the spicy notes, he creates a floral elixir with a deep and lasting trail that blends Coriander, Vanilla, Tuberose absolute and May Rose absolute.
olfactory notes
CORIANDER
Produced in Russia and steam distilled, coriander, mainly used in cooking, is classified as an aromatic. It contains linalool, adding fresh, peppery and zesty notes to fougere, citrus and chypre fragrances. Captivating and mysterious, it is the enchanting top note of Poison Extrait de Parfum
TUBEROSE ABSOLUTE
Tuberose is composed of spikes of highly perfumed white flowers. Indian Tuberose absolute releases a soft, honeyed floral note in the heart of the fragrance, giving captivating opulence to Poison Extrait de Parfum.
Perfumer’s Word
The Extrait is the exalted olfactory idea of an accord. It is the original, principal accord of the fragrance.

Then as usual, over to Fragrance X

This is Eau de Toilette. Have to say the Eau de Parfume at Dior is the only perfume version I have found on the internet.
I think I’m going to collect the eau de parfum and purchase the fragrance x one to wear. Or put the Dior one on in the house and top up with the eau de toilette whilst out.
I’m not a seductress type, so maybe why I usually opt for rose-type perfumes.
Now I’m a perfume Junky think I will definitely collect the parfum and experiment with the fragrance x one.
Halloween is definitely the right season for someone like me to wear it as everyone is being vampy and witchy, so will always wear this on Halloween possibly.
Have to say the Parfum bottle is gorgeous just to look at so would rather collect it.

Added this advert as love the vintage aesthetic advertising. Also pays homage to the effort fragrance X is making to aesthetics in such a miserable unaesthetic post-COVID world.
Conclusion
I wouldn’t have opted for poison before perfume junky as I was only just getting started on collecting perfume.
Now I have subscribed to Perfume X I have learned a lot more about perfume and realise you can wear perfume for different occasions and seasons.
It is a small pure parfum though, so not many people might opt for it.
I’m collecting it just to look nice, if it goes up in value I will keep it anyway.
I’m quite excited to wear poison just for Halloween. Like how it is similar to a red wine.
You may not be a vamp, but it is nice to pretend once a year and this perfume obviously helps.
Hope you enjoy this Halloween Perfume junky.
